when i was getting the car i was totally clueless on how the fastkey worked. To get the fast key option (Canada) you have to get the sound and sound package which is another $2000.
So i made the jump to HID after one of my bulbs burnt out.
So far they work fine and i havent gotten any complaints from upcoming traffic considering the way the housing is made for the lancer there isnt too much glare and the beams are pointed downwards. I've also driven by many cops and I havent seem to gotten any complaints yet.
i changed the high beams shortly after the lowbeams i just got lazy. From what i noticed the highbeams appear more white than the the low's. whereas the low's have the hint of blue.
